How You Get Your Prints and Wall Art

You are excited to get actual prints of your pictures, rather than just digitals! Now, how does it work? 

Once your session is complete, you will get your UNEDITED photo gallery in a day or two

When your photo session is complete, I will upload your unedited pictures into an online gallery and email you the link, usually the next day. Then, at your earliest convenience you choose the images you want me to edit for your prints, wall art, and photo gifts. Your unedited gallery will be on the Karnes Photography website.

To choose the pictures you wish to purchase follow these directions:

• Click on the Client Ordering Page and scroll to the bottom to view your gallery.
• You may need to click on "load more" for your gallery to be visible.
• Then enter the *email you provided to me. (* You may have several different emails but you must use the email you provided to me each time you enter your gallery so that I can login and see the selections you make. If you want other family members to choose favorites, they can but will also need to use the email you provided to me. Otherwise I cannot access their favorites for me to edit.)
• Enter the passcode that is provided to you in the email you received from me.
• Choose the pictures you want to purchase for prints, canvases, wall art, and gifts by hovering over the picture you want or clicking on it and then clicking on the blue heart that appears.
• Once you have "hearted" or "favorited" the pictures for prints, text or email me that you have made your selections. (The gallery will not alert me!)
• Be sure to only favorite the pictures that will be purchased, so you do not incure extra editing fees of $20 per picture I edit, but you or a family member ends up not purchasing.
• If you are purchasing an album you can choose 8 images for the mini accordian album or up to 25 for a full size album, and will not incur editing fees for the albums.
• For the basic print package you can choose 4 images. Please see the Pricing Page on the Karnes Photography website to help you decide how many images to favorite.

Within 7 business days your EDITED photo gallery will be ready

Once you text or email me that your selections have been made, I will edit your pictures within 7 business days. I will email you the link to your edited online gallery as soon as it is ready. It will have all of the pictures that you "hearted" or "favorited".

Then you can order your prints, wall art and photo gifts, and pay for them directly from your gallery.

To Order Your Prints follow these directions:

• Open your edited gallery.
• Click on a photo to add it to your cart.
• Follow the prompts to choose what type of print, wall art, or photo gift you want.
• Pay for your order.
• The order will be shipped to the address you provided to me. (If a grandparent is ordering, they can place a seperate order by logging into your gallery using the email you provided, to me and following the same steps.)  

Your orders will be shipped to you in about a week

Free standard shipping takes about a week. Expedited shipping is availabe for an extra fee. If you have a gift order for grandparents out of town, please provide me with that address and I may be able to save you shipping costs by sending the gift order straight to them. Some orders may come in more than one shipment, over a few days. If it has been more than 9 business days please contact me so I can track your order.

If your order is at least $200, you will get digitals to share on Social Media

These digitals pictures are small size and resolution. They are not suitable for printing. However, they are wonderful for sharing with your friends and family on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Once you have placed and paid for your order I will email you the link to download them.

How Can A Client See Examples of the prints, wall art, canvases, and photo gifts?

For studio sessions all print products are on display. For outdoor sessions I will bring examples to show you at your photo session. Check out the top notch quality of my print shop. See an acrylic block picture up close and hold a statuette. Pick up a wooden Stand Out Wall Gallery product and admire the luster coating and beautiful wood trim. Flip through the fun size 8x4 acordian album and peruse the hardcover custom image 10x10 album. Hold and feel the craftsmanship of all the print products to help you decide which ones to pick. Think about which products your relatives will want as well. Take a pricing sheet home to refer to when you order.
